JSI: the Voice Behind ULCT Address
SALT LAKE CITY -- J. Scott Iverson, owner of JSI Creative Communications, wrote the address delivered by Ken Bullock, Executive Director of the Utah League of Cities and Towns during the League's annual Legislative kickoff luncheon on January 19th. Governor Jon Huntsman Jr., State Legislators, municipal and local dignitaries and student council members attended the event, held at the Sheraton Center Downtown.
The speech, entitled "Why Not?" focused on the need for State and local leaders to create a new set of economic revitalization tools and encouraged legislators to enact sweeping tax structure reforms to address the needs of today's cities and towns.
